Tips for cooking with the Teppan Yaki
Using fats and oils
When fats and oils are used, the correct tem-
perature is extremely important. With the
correct temperature setting, the valuable
components of the oils and fats are retained
for a long time. When the temperature is too
high, the fat begins to smoke (so-called
“smoking point”)
3 Note: Always pre-heat the economy
grill!
