Use the trivet only with the Grill- /

roasting pan.

For rolls, brezels and small pastries. Suita-

ble for steam functions. The discoloura-

tion of the surface has no effect on the

functions.

Core temperature sensor

To measure how far the food is cooked.

Sponge

For absorbing the remaining water from

the steam generator.
